Electronic Communications Consent
Effective date: June 29, 2026
Last updated: June 29, 2026
This Electronic Communications Consent ("E-Consent") applies to Savver LLC ("Savver," "we," "us," or "our") and your use of Savver's website, dashboard, vaults, savings-goal tools, group vault features, Premium features, Savver AI, Column-powered banking features, communications, and related services.
By creating an account, clicking an electronic consent checkbox, using Savver, purchasing Premium, joining a group vault, using Column-powered features, or continuing to use the Service after this E-Consent is presented, you consent to receive electronic records and communications as described below.
1. Scope of electronic communications
You agree that Savver may provide the following electronically:
- Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Financial Disclaimer, this E-Consent, and updates to those documents;
- account notices, security notices, login notices, verification notices, and support messages;
- vault notices, goal notices, group vault notices, invitation notices, contribution status notices, vault break/close notices, and progress reminders;
- Premium subscription notices, receipts, renewal notices, cancellation notices, payment failure notices, and billing notices;
- Column-powered banking notices, transfer notices, balance notices, account status notices, compliance notices, and partner-required notices where electronic delivery is permitted;
- AI feature notices and service notices;
- privacy notices, cookie notices, opt-out confirmations, and data request communications;
- legal notices, policy updates, dispute notices, and other communications related to the Service; and
- marketing communications where permitted and subject to applicable consent and opt-out rules.
Electronic communications may be provided by email, SMS, in-app notice, website notice, dashboard message, push notification if mobile apps are later launched, downloadable document, hyperlink, or other electronic method.
2. Email and SMS delivery
Savver may send emails using Resend and SMS messages using Twilio. Message and data rates may apply. SMS delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or blocked by carriers.
Marketing SMS messages require separate consent where required by law. You may stop marketing SMS by replying STOP where supported. You may request help by replying HELP where supported. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional, security, legal, billing, account, banking, or service-related messages that are necessary to provide the Service.
3. Consent to electronic records
You agree that electronic records and signatures have the same legal effect as paper records and handwritten signatures, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You agree that your electronic actions, including clicking buttons, checking boxes, typing your name, creating an account, using the Service, purchasing Premium, setting vault terms, confirming instructions, or sending messages, may constitute your electronic signature or acceptance.
4. Hardware and software requirements
To receive and keep electronic communications, you need:
- a computer, smartphone, tablet, or similar device with internet access;
- a current web browser that supports HTML, cookies, and secure connections;
- access to the email address and phone number you provide to Savver;
- software or device functionality that can open, display, save, and print webpages and PDF files;
- sufficient storage space to save electronic records; and
- a printer or other method to print records if you want paper copies.
By consenting, you confirm that you can access, view, save, and print electronic communications using your device and software.
5. Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of certain electronic communications by contacting us at savverapp5@gmail.com. We may require identity verification before providing paper copies. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies or postage if permitted by law and disclosed before the charge.
6. Updating your contact information
You must keep your email address, phone number, mailing address, and account contact information accurate and current. If your contact information changes, update it in your account settings or contact us at savverapp5@gmail.com.
Savver is not responsible for missed communications if you fail to keep your contact information current, if your email provider filters our messages, if your phone carrier blocks messages, or if you disable account notifications.
7. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent to electronic communications by contacting us at savverapp5@gmail.com. Withdrawal will not affect the legal validity or enforceability of electronic communications provided before your withdrawal is processed.
If you withdraw E-Consent, Savver may be unable to provide some or all of the Service to you. We may suspend or terminate your access to features that require electronic communications, subject to applicable law and any Column or financial-partner requirements.
8. Changes to requirements
If hardware, software, or communication requirements materially change in a way that creates a material risk that you cannot access electronic communications, we will provide notice where required by law. Continuing to use the Service after receiving notice means you confirm that you can still access electronic communications.
