Financial Disclaimer
Effective date: June 29, 2026
Last updated: June 29, 2026
This Financial Disclaimer applies to Savver LLC ("Savver," "we," "us," or "our") and your use of Savver's website, dashboard, vaults, savings-goal tools, group vault features, Premium features, Savver AI, communications, Column-powered banking features, and related services.
1. Savver is not a bank
Savver is not a bank, credit union, broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, tax adviser, legal adviser, escrow agent, fiduciary, money transmitter, or payment card network.
Banking, deposit account, savings account, transfer, withdrawal, payment rail, money movement, custody, and related regulated financial services are provided by Column N.A. or another regulated financial partner where available, not by Savver. Savver provides software, user experience, vault tools, savings-goal planning, group vault interfaces, communications, AI planning tools, and support workflows.
2. Savver does not hold user funds
Savver does not itself hold, custody, deposit, lend, invest, or guarantee user funds. When Savver displays balances, transfer status, contribution status, or account history, that information may come from Column, Stripe, payment networks, financial institutions, or other providers and may be delayed, pending, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable.
Any funds connected to Column-powered savings or group vault features are subject to Column's account structure, program terms, compliance requirements, transfer rules, account records, and applicable law.
3. Column-powered financial services
Column-powered features may require you to agree to additional Column or financial-partner terms, privacy notices, account agreements, electronic funds transfer disclosures, ACH or transfer authorizations, fee schedules, and other legal disclosures.
Column or the applicable financial partner may approve, reject, delay, reverse, hold, restrict, or close accounts or transactions based on compliance, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, identity verification, risk controls, payment-network rules, bank rules, or law.
Savver cannot guarantee that any account will be opened, that any transfer will be accepted, that funds will be available at a specific time, or that any financial-partner service will remain available.
4. Deposit insurance and account protection
Do not rely on Savver for deposit insurance determinations. Any deposit insurance, if available, is provided only through the applicable FDIC-insured bank and is subject to account titling, ownership category, recordkeeping, program structure, coverage limits, and applicable law.
Savver does not provide or guarantee FDIC insurance. FDIC insurance does not protect against Savver's insolvency, nonbank provider failure, investment losses, fraud losses, unauthorized activity, payment disputes, or losses not covered by FDIC rules.
5. No investment, tax, legal, or financial advice
Savver does not provide investment, tax, legal, accounting, credit, debt, budgeting, banking, or financial planning advice. Savver AI, vault recommendations, reminders, estimates, progress calculations, savings plans, motivational messages, and group vault tools are provided for informational, organizational, and motivational purposes only.
You are responsible for evaluating your own financial situation and consulting qualified professionals before making financial, legal, tax, credit, or investment decisions.
6. Savings plans are estimates
Any savings plan, timeline, progress bar, tile animation, recurring deposit suggestion, vault target, milestone, or AI-generated plan is an estimate based on information you provide and assumptions made by the Service.
Savver does not guarantee that you will save any amount, reach a goal, avoid overdraft fees, avoid missed bills, improve financial behavior, earn interest, receive rewards, maintain a group commitment, or achieve any financial outcome.
7. Premium feature limitations
Savver Premium costs $2.99 per month / 30-day billing period. If Premium lapses, Premium-locked vaults and Premium features may become read-only or frozen. This may include no new deposits through Premium flows, no recurring deposits through Premium flows, no new invites or group actions, no AI access, and no Premium-only features.
Premium lapse should not prevent access to legally required account information, required support, withdrawal or closure rights, or other rights that must remain available under applicable law or Column/financial-partner terms.
8. Group vault risks
Group vaults can help users save with others, but group vaults involve relationship and coordination risk. Savver does not guarantee that group members will contribute, continue participating, use money for the stated goal, reimburse another person, reach a target, or act honestly.
Only create or join group vaults with people you trust. Review the product experience carefully to understand what other members may see.
9. Do not use Savver for emergencies or essential funds
Do not rely on Savver as your only source of funds, your only account record, your emergency fund access method, or your only way to pay bills. Transfers, withdrawals, deposits, account access, notifications, and third-party services may be delayed, unavailable, frozen, rejected, reversed, or limited.
10. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own financial decisions, bills, taxes, debts, savings behavior, transfer instructions, account settings, vault commitments, group vault participation, and use of Savver.
If you have questions about Column-powered banking features, Premium billing, vault access, or your account, contact Savver at savverapp5@gmail.com.
